Chef Vitaly Paley's Passover Gefilte Fish, Soviet Style

Last Passover, Chef Vitaly Paley of Portland, Oregon's Imperial Restaurant, was featured in Bon Appétit with his family recipe for soviet style gefilte fish. At the time, we printed out copies of the article to share with our customers.
