Since the Midwest is still thawing from the severe winter storms, Kanaloa's Great Lakes Whitefish will not be available in time for Passover. However, Kanaloa's Fluke is a mild white fish with a similar flavor profile to our Local Halibut and are caught at 2-5 lbs in size.
