White Fish for Passover and Kanaloa's Easter Brunch Menu

White Fish for Passover

Thinking outside the box for the Holiday

Have you been thinking about how to localize your Passover Seder? Kanaloa has been thinking too!

This Passover, Kanaloa Seafood will offer our Local California Fluke, for creative home chefs who would like a sustainably sourced, local alternative to Whitefish. Since the Midwest is still thawing from the severe winter storms, Kanaloa's Great Lakes Whitefish will not be available in time for Passover. However, Kanaloa's Fluke is a mild white fish with a similar flavor profile to our Local Halibut and are caught at 2-5 lbs in size. Preorder Kanaloa Fluke, fillets for $21.95/lb and our rich Fish Stock $9.95/Qt or make your own stock with Fluke heads and bones $3.00/lb. Call your favorite Fish Monger to preorder or stop in today!
