Tonight's dinner features fresh, sustainable seafood from Kanaloa Seafood, paired with sustainable wines from JUSTIN and Landmark Wineries, and an opportunity to hear Kanaloa owner, Dr. Don Disraeli speak. From their website,

Emphasis is placed on making Bordeaux-style blends and single varietals, combining Old World tradition with New World techniques.
