Fresh, Local White Seabass is Back!
Kanaloa's wild California White Seabass is fished in our local Pacific waters by Captain Andy and we are happy to welcome the first catch of the year! Our local white seabass has firm flesh and is great grilled, poached, broiled or baked. Pairs wonderfully with an infused Salute Santé! Grapeseed Oil, fresh herbs and white wine. We'll see you soon!
